The Marcello 1 upcycling leather wallet is a new concept for carrying out production steps in Switzerland.
The use of discarded leather furniture and production leftovers as a product raw material is a novelty. Part of the strategy is the pure separation of the sofa components. In this way, wood and metals are recycled and only part of the foam is burned.
The interior impresses with its vegetable-tanned and dyed leather. The wallet made from fair production in the sewing factory is more than a standard wallet. Its minimal size, the inner workings, which clearly organize everything and also work with RFID protection, are convincing.
Marcello 1-upcycling leather sofa is provided with a foil that blocks the RFID signal so that credit card or bank card data on credit card fraud cannot be illegally spied on. With skimming, card data is obtained illegally by reading data from magnetic strips and copying them onto counterfeit cards.
In addition, the wallet has 5 pockets for credit cards, 3 pockets, 2 note pockets and 1 coin pocket with a push button.
