General Shipping Information

Terms of delivery

In the event of a delivery bottleneck, we inform the customer immediately. The dispatch of the order takes place by DHL (EU) or by post (Switzerland).

Delivery times

The time limit for deliveries begins on the day after conclusion of the contract and ends with the expiry of the last day of the time limit. If the first and last day falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday, the period shall begin or end on the following working day.

The delivery times for orders are as follows:

from Switzerland 1-3 working days (as standard in the shop so deposited)
from EU 3-5 working days
from non EU countries and world 5-8 days

Special notes on shipping abroad

In the case of a shipment to a non-EU country, additional taxes or costs (e.g. customs duties) are incurred within the scope of your order, which are not paid by us or invoiced by us, but have to be paid directly by you to the responsible customs or tax authorities. Please ask these authorities for details.

Payment methods

If you select one of these payment methods, the next step is to forward the data to the payment provider. If there the necessary data were entered, it goes automatically back into this Shop, in order to complete the order.

By invoice

We ask you to pay the invoice amount within 14 days after receipt of goods. The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

Apple Pay

You can pay with Apple Pay during the ordering process. To do this, you must confirm the payment via the "Apple Pay" service on a supported Apple terminal device while complying with verification steps. Apple Pay uses the payment data you have stored in the Apple Wallet app for the transaction. You can find more information at https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT201469

Klarna

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. The payment is made to Klarna in each case:

Invoice: The payment period is 14 days from the dispatch of the goods/ticket/ or, in the case of other services, the provision of the service. Instalment purchase : With Klarna's financing service, you can pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly instalments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least EUR 6.95) or under the conditions otherwise specified in the checkout. The instalment payment is due at the end of each month after Klarna sends you a monthly invoice. Sofort: Your account will be debited immediately after placing the order.
Direct debit: The debit will be made after the goods have been dispatched. You will be informed of the time by e-mail.

The use of the payment methods invoice, hire purchase and direct debit requires a positive credit check. In this respect, we forward your data to Klarna for the purpose of the address and credit check as part of the purchase initiation and processing of the purchase contract. Please understand that we can only offer you those payment methods that are permissible based on the results of the credit check.

Only a few steps to payment:

Select "PayPal" as your payment method at the checkout.
To process the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.
If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user data and initiate the payment.
If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. For the payment methods direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal and purchase on account via PayPal, it is not necessary to set up a PayPal account.

Sofortüberweisung - Pay simply and directly.

"Sofort." is the direct transfer method of Sofort GmbH - A Klarna Group Company. You pay securely and conveniently with your usual online banking data (PIN/TAN) without registration - now in the new Klarna design. The merchant receives a real-time confirmation after the transfer has been completed. This allows him to ship stock items and digital goods immediately - so you receive your purchases faster. Please note that payment by instant bank transfer is only possible up to a maximum order value of €500.00.
